model height: 15cm (height may vary due to design, ie animal ears/tails/wings)
detailed designs may be simplified due to the size of paper
turnaround time: 3-4 weeks depending on queue
shipping time: 2-3 weeks depending on country (tracking will be provided)
Terms of Service
- no refunds/cancellation once i have started working on your commission, but you may cancel if payment has not been made
- i am allowed to reject your request if i think i am unable to fulfill it
- price includes commercial use
- i will send the flat colors for approval before cutting, any changes must be made before cutting
- client will get 1 free revision before the cutting process and any subsequent revisions will be an additional 5usd
- the color of the paper may vary slightly from the flat colors, but i will use the colors closest to the flat colors
- correct address and details must be provided by client
- i will not be responsible for any damages/losses incurred during shipping due to poor handling by courier service/incorrect information provided
- unless a deadline has been agreed beforehand, my commission work takes time due to work commitments, all clients should expect to wait at least 1-4 weeks (or however long as indicated by me) without any rush
- commission status will be updated on my carrd under the 'commission queue' tab where clients can view my progress. clients can dm me on my socials for any picture updates
- i reserve the right to post your commission work on any of my socials or portfolio
